Reese’s Cheesecake Dip

Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for Reese’s Cheesecake Dip that you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (175g) chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups (plus extra for garnish)
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  5. Stir in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish with additional chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  7. Refrigerate the dip for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set and flavors to meld.
