NO YEAST FLATBREAD

Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for no-yeast flatbread:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well. The dough will be crumbly at first.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it comes together into a smooth ball.
  4. Divide the dough into smaller portions, depending on how many flatbreads you want to make.
  5. Roll out each portion into a thin round or oval shape.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a bit of olive oil to the pan.
  7. Cook each flatbread for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown spots appear.
  8. Repeat the process for the remaining portions.
  9. Serve the flatbreads warm with your favorite dips, curries, or as a wrap.
