Grilled Lamb & Almonds Shrimp Roast Potato & Creole

Grilled Lamb with Almonds:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lamb chops or lamb loin
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the lamb chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time to your desired level of doneness.
  4. In a small pan, toast the slivered almonds over medium heat until they turn golden and fragrant.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp.
  3. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.

Roast Potatoes:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound baby potatoes, washed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
