Delicious Keto Chocolate Frosty

A delicious keto chocolate frosty is a satisfying treat for those following a low-carb or ketogenic diet. This recipe is a healthier alternative to the classic fast-food frosty and is made with ingredients that won’t spike your blood sugar. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-carb milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or a keto-friendly sweetener of your choice (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (optional, for a creamier texture)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Start by placing your blender jar in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to chill.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the unsweetened cocoa powder and powdered erythritol (or your chosen keto sweetener). Adjust the sweetness to your taste preferences.
  3. Take the blender jar out of the freezer and add the unsweetened almond milk, cocoa powder mixture, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. If you want a creamier texture, add the heavy whipping cream at this stage. This is optional but adds richness to the frosty.
  5. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  6. Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth, frosty consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender jar to ensure everything is well incorporated.
  7. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or cocoa flavor if needed.
  8. Once you’re satisfied with the taste and texture, pour the keto chocolate frosty into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
  9. You can optionally top it with whipped cream (unsweetened) or a sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder for garnish.
