Posted on January 18, 2024

Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for Crockpot Beef Tips and Noodles:

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound wide egg noodles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss the beef stew meat with the flour until well coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated beef and brown on all sides. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onions and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, pepper, and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture over the browned beef in the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  8. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  9. Serve the beef tips over the cooked noodles, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.

This slow-cooked beef tips and noodles dish should be rich, flavorful, and comforting. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. Enjoy your meal!
