Posted on January 17, 2024

Certainly! Broccoli cheese rolls are a delicious and simple snack or appetizer. Here’s a basic recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli (steamed or blanched)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
  4. Spoon a portion of the broccoli and cheese mixture onto each triangle, spreading it evenly.
  5. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wider end, and place the rolls on a baking sheet with the pointed end underneath.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven according to the crescent roll package instructions, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

These broccoli cheese rolls are great for parties, snacks, or even as a side dish. Feel free to customize the recipe by adding your favorite herbs or spices to the filling. Enjoy!
