Air Fryer Buttery Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings sound delicious! Here’s a simple recipe to make them:

Ingredients:

  • 10-12 chicken wings (drumettes or flats)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken Wings:
    • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to help them crisp up in the air fryer.
    • In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  3. Cook the Wings:
    • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for the crispiest result.
    • Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden and crispy on the outside, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
    • While the wings are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
    • Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and lemon pepper seasoning. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Toss the Wings:
    • Once the wings are done, remove them from the air fryer and transfer them to a large bowl.
    • Pour the lemon butter sauce over the wings and toss to coat them evenly.
  6. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley (if desired) and serve immediately.

These wings should come out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a burst of lemony goodness and a buttery finish. Enjoy!
