Looking for the perfect fruity accompaniment for your snacks? Dive into this delectable Raspberry Cream Cheese Dip. Whether it’s fresh fruits, crusty bread, or your morning pastries, this dip provides a burst of flavor that will brighten up your meal. With juicy raspberries as its star ingredient, this dip ensures a refreshing taste throughout the year, making it suitable for any event.

*Ingredients:

°2 cups of cranberry jam

°2 cups finely shredded mature cheddar cheese

°1 cup smooth mayonnaise

°1 cup spring onions, chopped

°1 cup of pecans, chopped

°2 packs of Ritz crackers (for serving)

°Salt and freshly ground black pepper, as per preference

*Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, spring onions, and pecans. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish of your liking.

Layer the cranberry jam on top of the cheese mixture.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.

When ready to serve, accompany the dip with Ritz crackers.
