Three Ingredient No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Posted on October 12, 2023

No-bake chocolate peanut butter balls are a simple and delicious treat that require only a few ingredients. Here’s a basic recipe for three-ingredient no-bake chocolate peanut butter balls:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  2. 2 cups chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate on the stove using a double boiler.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined. The mixture should be thick and dough-like.
  3. Combine the melted chocolate with the peanut butter and sugar mixture. Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  4. Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  5. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the balls on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes, or until they are firm and no longer sticky.
  7. Once the peanut butter balls are set, you can enjoy them immediately or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Feel free to get creative with these no-bake chocolate peanut butter balls. You can add variations such as chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of melted chocolate on top for added flavor and texture. Enjoy your delicious, no-fuss treat!
