Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Microwave-Safe Container: You’ll need a microwave-safe mug or a small microwave-safe bowl. Grease it lightly with a little butter or oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and any optional herbs or seasonings you want to add.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter or coconut oil and the egg until well combined.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
