Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip is a refreshing, healthy, and visually fun snack or dessert—perfect for summer gatherings. Here’s how to make it:


🍉 Watermelon Fries

Ingredients:

  • 1 small, seedless watermelon (preferably chilled)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the watermelon into 1/2-inch thick slices.

  2. Trim off the rind.

  3. Slice the watermelon into “fries” about 1/2-inch wide and 3-4 inches long.

Optional: Lightly pat with paper towels if very juicy (to prevent dip from sliding off).


🥥 Coconut Lime Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or Greek yogurt with a dash of coconut extract)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the yogurt, sweetener, lime zest, lime juice, and salt.

  2. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  3. Chill until ready to serve.


🥄 To Serve:

  • Arrange watermelon fries on a platter.

  • Serve the coconut lime dip in a bowl for dipping.
