Here’s a simple and delicious Tuna Avocado Egg Wrap recipe—perfect for a protein-packed breakfast, lunch, or light dinner:


Tuna Avocado Egg Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 large tortilla or wrap (whole wheat or spinach wrap works great)

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed

  • 2 boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1–2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • A squeeze of lemon or lime juice

  • Fresh herbs (optional: chives, dill, or parsley)

  • Baby spinach or lettuce (a handful)

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    In a bowl, mix tuna, mashed avocado, chopped boiled eggs, Greek yogurt/mayo, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy and well combined. Add herbs if using.

  2. Assemble the Wrap:
    Lay the tortilla flat. Place a handful of spinach or lettuce in the center, then spoon the tuna-avocado-egg mixture over the greens. Add cherry tomatoes if desired.

  3. Wrap It Up:
    Fold in the sides and roll tightly like a burrito.

  4. Optional Step:
    Toast the wrap in a pan for 1–2 minutes on each side to make it warm and slightly crispy.
