Triple Berry Bliss recipe

Here’s a delicious recipe for Triple Berry Bliss that combines the goodness of three different berries into a delightful dessert or snack:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Berries: Rinse all the berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry gently with paper towels. Hull and slice the strawberries if they’re not already pre-sliced.
  2. Mix the Berries: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  3. Make the Honey-Lemon Sauce: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Combine and Toss: Pour the honey-lemon sauce over the mixed berries. Gently toss the berries until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Chill (Optional): You can serve the Triple Berry Bliss immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the berries to slightly macerate.
  6. Serve: Garnish the Triple Berry Bliss with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve it in individual bowls or glasses.
  7. Enjoy: Enjoy this refreshing and vibrant dessert or snack that bursts with the flavors of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries!
