Tomato Basil Garlic Bread
Ingredients:

1 loaf French or Italian bread (cut in half lengthwise)

3 tbsp olive oil

3–4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or 1 medium tomato, finely diced)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare garlic oil:
In a small skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant (don’t brown). Remove from heat. -
Assemble bread:

Place bread halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
