Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Tiramisu Chia Pudding is a delicious and healthy twist on the classic Italian dessert. Chia pudding is a popular and nutritious dish made by combining chia seeds with liquid to create a thick, pudding-like texture. Here’s a simple recipe for Tiramisu Chia Pudding:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice) 1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled Cocoa powder for dusting Optional: Ladyfinger cookies or biscotti for layering

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, instant coffee or espresso powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes and then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

In a separate bowl, brew a cup of coffee and let it cool.

Once the chia pudding has set, layer it in serving glasses or jars. You can alternate layers of chia pudding with layers of brewed coffee. If you prefer a more traditional Tiramisu flavor, you can add layers of ladyfinger cookies or biscotti.

Finish by dusting the top with cocoa powder.

Serve chilled and enjoy your Tiramisu Chia Pudding!

Feel free to customize this recipe based on your preferences. You can adjust the sweetness, add a pinch of cinnamon, or even top it with whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
