🧪 Supplies:

1 tbsp clear school glue (or white glue for opaque)

1 tbsp cornstarch

A few drops of glow-in-the-dark paint or neon paint

Mix the borax solution:

In a small bowl, dissolve ½ tsp borax in 2 tbsp warm water. Stir until dissolved. Set aside.
