Here’s a simple 3-ingredient sugar-free condensed milk recipe that’s creamy, sweet, and perfect for low-carb or keto-friendly treats:


⭐ Sugar-Free Condensed Milk (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)

  2. 1/3 cup powdered erythritol (or monk fruit, allulose, or preferred keto sweetener)

  3. 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)


Instructions:

  1. Heat: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream and sweetener. Stir until the sweetener dissolves.

  2. Simmer: Reduce heat to low and let it simmer gently for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reduces by about half and thickens.

  3. Finish: Remove from heat, stir in the butter until fully melted and smooth.

  4. Cool: Let cool; it will thicken more as it cools. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 1 week.


Tips:

  • Use allulose for the smoothest, least grainy texture.

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract at the end (optional).

  • Reheat gently if it gets too thick in the fridge.
