✅ Ingredients:
For the Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 tbsp flour (optional, for firmness)
For the Crust:

1 1/2 cups crushed Golden Oreos or graham crackers

5 tbsp melted butter
For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:

1 cup Golden Oreos, crushed

1 cup freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry Jello powder

3 tbsp melted butter

Preheat Oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper for easy lifting.

Make the Crust:

Mix crushed Oreos/graham crackers and melted butter.

Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
