Ingredients:
For the Banana Bread:

1 ½ cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 bananas)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon
For the Cinnamon-Sugar Topping:

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

Make the batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix. -

In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon. -
