Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Slow Cooker Apple Kielbasa Bites. These bites are savory, sweet, and a perfect party or appetizer dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (14 oz) kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work well)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Slice the kielbasa sausage into bite-sized pieces.
    • Peel, core, and dice the apples into small chunks.
  2. Combine in Slow Cooker:
    • Add the sliced kielbasa, diced apples, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, cinnamon, and ground cloves into the slow cooker.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook:
    • Stir everything to combine.
    • Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or until the kielbasa is cooked through and the apples are tender.
  4. Serve:

  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar depending on your preference.
