Sloppy cheeseburger pasta

Sure, here’s a simple recipe for Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (such as penne or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, additional shredded cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Add the uncooked pasta to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once the pasta is cooked, remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta hot, topped with optional toppings like chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, or additional shredded cheese.
