Savory Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:

  • For the Crust:
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 tablespoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • For the Sauce:
    • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • 1 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • For the Toppings:
    • 1 cup cooked ground beef
    • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage, sliced
    • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
    • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
    • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup diced onion
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the Crust: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk and melted butter until a dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix the pizza sauce with dried oregano, dried basil, and garlic powder. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Add the Toppings: Evenly distribute the ground beef, Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, black olives, bell pepper, and onion over the sauce.
  5. Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings, followed by the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake the Casserole: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
