🦐 Sautéed Shrimp with Spinach
Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cups fresh spinach (loosely packed)

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Juice of half a lemon

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Prep Shrimp:
Pat shrimp dry and season lightly with salt and pepper. -
Cook Shrimp:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. -
