Here’s a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sliders recipe that’s perfect for a weekend brunch, meal prep, or a crowd-pleasing breakfast. These are savory, cheesy, and easy to customize!


🥪 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sliders

🔪 Ingredients:

  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian sweet rolls (or dinner rolls)

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk or cream

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter (for eggs)

  • 12 breakfast sausage patties (or one roll of sausage, cooked and crumbled)

  • 6–8 slices of cheddar cheese (or American/your favorite cheese)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)


🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cook Eggs:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

  • Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Pour in eggs and scramble until just cooked. Set aside.

3. Cook Sausage:

  • If using pre-formed patties, cook them according to package directions.

  • If using sausage in bulk, cook and crumble until browned. Drain excess grease.

4. Assemble Sliders:

  • Slice the entire pack of rolls in half horizontally (like a sandwich), keeping them connected.

  • Place the bottom half in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.

  • Layer in this order:

    1. Cooked sausage

    2. Scrambled eggs

    3. Cheese slices (cover evenly)

  • Place the top half of the rolls on top.

5. Butter Topping:

  • Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley (if using).

  • Brush over the tops of the rolls.

6. Bake:

  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until golden and melty.
