Here’s a recipe for Rosemary Prime Dijon Rib:

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack of prime ribs (about 4-5 pounds)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and chopped rosemary to create a marinade.
  3. Season the rack of prime ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Rub the marinade all over the prime ribs, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  5. Place the ribs in a roasting pan, bone side down.
  6. Roast the prime ribs in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired level of doneness (for medium-rare, aim for about 135°F or 57°C).
  7. Once cooked to your liking, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the ribs between the bones and serve hot, garnished with additional fresh rosemary if desired.

Enjoy your delicious Rosemary Prime Dijon Rib!
