Here’s a delicious recipe for Reese’s Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars—perfectly soft, chewy, and packed with peanut butter and chocolatey goodness.


🍪 Reese’s Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy

  • (Optional) ½ cup peanut butter chips or chopped peanut butter cups for extra indulgence


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Mix wet ingredients:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.

  3. Add dry ingredients:
    Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined—do not overmix.

  4. Fold in the goodies:
    Gently fold in the chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces (and any optional add-ins).

  5. Spread and smooth:
    Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle a few extra Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips on top for a pretty finish.

  6. Bake:
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is just set. Don’t overbake—slightly underbaking keeps them soft and chewy.

  7. Cool & slice:
    Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
