A Pineapple Spinach Smoothie is a healthy and refreshing drink that combines the tropical sweetness of pineapple with the nutrients of spinach. Here’s a simple recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (washed)
  • 1/2 banana (for added creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or any liquid of your choice: almond milk, regular water, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • A squeeze of lime (optional, for extra zing)

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or add more liquid if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
