Posted on August 12, 2024January 8, 2025 by admin

Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or snack. Here’s how you can make them:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 8 small cubes of mozzarella cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate the dough into 8 individual biscuits.
  3. Add the Cheese: Flatten each biscuit slightly with your fingers. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough around the cheese, pinching to seal completely and forming a ball.
  4. Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley (if using).
  5. Coat the Biscuits: Brush each dough ball generously with the garlic butter mixture. If you like, sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  6. Bake: Place the cheese-filled dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve: Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!

These garlic butter cheese bombs are perfect as an appetizer, side dish, or snack. They’re sure to be a hit with cheese lovers!
