2 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

12–16 pepperoni slices

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
Optional Add-ins:
Sliced black olives
Diced bell peppers
Cooked mushrooms
Crushed red pepper flakes (for heat)
🔥 Instructions:

Heat the pan:
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or olive oil. -
Assemble the quesadilla:

Place one tortilla on a clean surface.

Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce across it.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly.

Add pepperoni slices and any optional toppings.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Top with the second tortilla.

Cook it:

Carefully transfer the quesadilla to the hot skillet.

Cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown, then flip carefully.
