Peanut Butter Lasagna

Sure! Peanut Butter Lasagna is a delicious dessert that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter, chocolate, and cream cheese. Here’s a basic recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (3.9-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese to the peanut butter mixture and beat until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  5. Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with a layer of chocolate graham crackers.
  6. Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Place another layer of graham crackers over the peanut butter mixture.
  8. Spread the chocolate pudding over the graham crackers.
  9. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the chocolate pudding.
  10. Spread the remaining peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  11. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers.
  12. Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top layer of graham crackers.
  13. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the whipped topping for garnish.
  14. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
