Here’s a classic Peanut Butter Fudge recipe — creamy, rich, and super easy to make with just a few ingredients!


Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ tsp salt (optional, enhances flavor)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Set aside.

  2. Boil Sugar & Milk:

    • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and milk.

    • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    • Once it starts boiling, let it boil (while stirring) for 2½ to 3 minutes.

  3. Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla:

    • Remove from heat.

    • Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt (if using).

    • Mix until smooth and fully combined.

  4. Pour & Set:

    • Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

    • Spread evenly.

    • Let it cool at room temperature for at least 1–2 hours, or until firm.

  5. Cut & Serve:

    • Slice into squares and enjoy!
