Here’s a simple recipe for One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz pasta (such as penne, rotini, or spaghetti)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.

  3. Add the Pasta: Add the pasta to the pot with the beef, stirring well. Pour in the beef broth and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.

  4. Make It Creamy: Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, butter, and Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

  5. Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your creamy, savory pasta!
