No Bake Coconut Cream Balls

Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for No Bake Coconut Cream Balls:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded coconut (plus extra for coating)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut cream, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
  3. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator. Scoop out small portions and shape them into balls with your hands.
  4. Roll each ball in additional shredded coconut to coat them evenly.
  5. Place the coated balls on a parchment paper-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate the coconut cream balls for at least 1-2 hours or until they are firm.
  7. Once firm, you can transfer the coconut cream balls to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator.
