🧀 Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef (or ground turkey)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 cup pizza sauce (plus more for topping)

12 mini slider buns or dinner rolls

12 slices of pepperoni (optional)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Olive oil or butter (for toasting buns)

Fresh basil or oregano (for garnish, optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the burger patties:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce.
