Mini Doughnuts

Sure! Here’s a simple recipe for mini doughnuts:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For coating:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini doughnut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, yogurt, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the doughnuts are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. While the doughnuts are baking, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow bowl for coating.
  8. Once the doughnuts are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes.
  9. Carefully remove the doughnuts from the pan and roll each one in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated evenly.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious mini doughnuts!
