Million Dollar Chicken Casserole is a delicious and comforting dish that’s perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners. Here’s a simple recipe to try:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded (you can use rotisserie chicken for convenience)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle the buttered cracker crumbs evenly over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired, then serve warm.

Enjoy your delicious Million Dollar Chicken Casserole! It pairs well with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
