Posted on April 20, 2024 by admin

Sure! Here’s a simple recipe for Melt-In-Your-Mouth Caesar Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar salad dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the Caesar salad dressing over the chicken breasts, making sure they are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken breasts, covering them completely.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired, then serve hot.

This Melt-In-Your-Mouth Caesar Chicken pairs perfectly with a side of roasted vegetables or a crisp green salad. Enjoy!
