Here’s a simple and delightful recipe for Melt-in-Your-Mouth 2-Ingredient Biscuits that’s perfect when you want something quick, fluffy, and satisfying.


🧈 2-Ingredient Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Self-rising flour – 2 cups

  2. Heavy cream (or whipping cream) – 1 to 1¼ cups

Self-rising flour contains baking powder and salt. If you don’t have it, I can show you how to make a substitute.


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

  2. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl:

    • Start with 2 cups of self-rising flour.

    • Slowly pour in the heavy cream, starting with 1 cup. Stir just until the dough comes together. Add a little more cream if it’s too dry.

  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times—just until smooth.

  4. Pat or roll the dough to about ¾-inch thickness and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or glass.

  5. Place biscuits on a baking sheet (touching slightly for softer sides or spaced out for crispier edges).

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

  7. Serve warm with butter, honey, or jam—whatever you love!
