There’s something undeniably special about family recipes that stand the test of time. Grandma’s Ground Beef Casserole is just that—a cherished blend of succulent beef, hearty potatoes, and velvety sauce, masterfully baked to culinary perfection. Each bite is a nostalgic journey—reminding of cozy family dinners and the unmistakable warmth of Grandma’s kitchen.

Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of ground beef
One 10.5-ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
One 10.5-ounce can of condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
3 cups of frozen potato cubes
1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Season with salt and pepper as desired
Instructions:
Set your oven to warm up at 350°F. Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish with a light greasing.
Brown the beef thoroughly, then drain and transfer to a sizable mixing bowl.
Stir in both condensed soups to the beef.
Introduce frozen potato cubes, half the shredded cheddar, and seasonings to the mix, blending uniformly.
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish. Adorn with the remaining cheese and cover securely with foil.
Commence baking for 30 minutes. Uncover and allow another 30 minutes for a golden finish.
Relive the affection and tradition enveloped in Grandma’s Ground Beef Casserole, a dish that speaks volumes about family, love, and treasured culinary legacies. Bon appétit!
