Ingredients:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a bowl.
  2. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped bacon, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish.
  6. Chill the loaded deviled eggs in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
