Posted on February 2, 2025

Here’s a recipe for Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta that combines the savory goodness of a cheeseburger with the creamy comfort of Alfredo pasta! It’s rich, indulgent, and sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or any pasta you prefer)
  • Salt (for boiling pasta)

For the Bacon:

  • 6 strips of bacon (cooked and chopped)

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For Toppings (Optional):

  • Chopped green onions
  • Extra crispy bacon bits
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pickles (optional for that “burger” vibe)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Bacon:
    • While the pasta is cooking, fry the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 4-5 minutes). Remove the bacon from the pan, chop it into small pieces, and set aside. Keep a little bacon grease for later if you’d like to cook the beef in it for extra flavor!
  3. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In the same skillet, add the ground beef (add some of the reserved bacon grease if you want extra flavor) and cook over medium heat. Break the beef up as it cooks. Once browned, add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, then set aside.
  4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
    • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Slowly add the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Lower the heat and gradually add the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted into the sauce. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the Ingredients:
    • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, followed by the cooked beef and chopped bacon. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  6. Serve:
    • Serve the loaded bacon cheeseburger Alfredo pasta hot, and garnish with any optional toppings like more bacon, chopped green onions, extra cheese, or even some pickles for a fun burger twist!

Tips:

  • You can add extra veggies like diced tomatoes or lettuce as toppings to enhance the “cheeseburger” feel.
  • If you want more cheesy goodness, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and pop it under the broiler for a minute to melt and bubble.

Enjoy your decadent meal!
