HOT SHRIMP DIP RECIPE

Certainly! Here’s a delicious hot shrimp dip recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) medium-sized cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (240ml) sour cream
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, and paprika. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add half of the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses to the mixture. Pulse a few times to incorporate the cheeses.
  4. Chop the cooked shrimp into bite-sized pieces and fold them into the mixture.
  5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheeses on top of the mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the cheese on top is melted and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve the hot shrimp dip with crackers or sliced bread.
