Making homemade ice cream with just three ingredients is not only simple but also delicious! Here’s a basic recipe:

Ingredients:

  1. Heavy Cream: 2 cups
  2. Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 can (14 ounces)
  3. Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions:

  1. Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this.
  2. Combine with Condensed Milk: Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
  3. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
  4. Freeze for 6 Hours or Overnight: Place the container in the freezer and let the ice cream freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. Serve: Once frozen, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and enjoy!

You can also customize this recipe by adding mix-ins like chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit swirls before freezing for added flavor and texture. Enjoy your homemade ice cream!
