Here’s a super refreshing and healthy Watermelon Smoothie recipe—perfect for a hot day or a post-workout boost!


🍉 Healthy Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cubed)

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

  • 1/2 banana (for creaminess and natural sweetness)

  • Juice of 1/2 lime (for a zesty kick)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (adjust for desired thickness)

  • Optional: 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (if you want it sweeter)

  • Optional: a few mint leaves (for freshness)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime juice as needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
