Air Fryer Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cauliflower: Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized florets. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. Season the Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Air Fry the Cauliflower: Once the air fryer is preheated, arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
