Here’s a simple and flavorful Green Olive Dip recipe — perfect for crackers, veggies, or toasted bread:


Creamy Green Olive Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green olives (pimento-stuffed), chopped

  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for smoothness)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or dill


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth.

  2. Fold in chopped green olives, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper. Add olive oil if desired for a silkier texture.

  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

  4. Serve with crackers, pita chips, veggie sticks, or use as a sandwich spread.
