Here’s a Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie recipe that’s rich, indulgent, and perfect for any peanut butter chocolate lover!


Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pie

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Crust:

  • 2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Oreos)

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the Peanut Butter Filling:

  • 1½ cups creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1¾ cups powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:

  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp butter (for shine)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened.

  3. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or tart pan with removable bottom.

  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.

2. Make the Filling

  1. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt; mix until thick and creamy.

  3. Spread the filling evenly into the cooled crust and smooth the top.

3. Make the Ganache

  1. Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just simmering.

  2. Pour over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let sit for 1 minute.

  3. Stir until smooth, then add 1 tbsp butter for a glossy finish.

4. Assemble

  1. Pour ganache over the peanut butter layer and smooth evenly.

  2. Chill pie for at least 2 hours or until set.

5. Optional Toppings

  • Mini Reese’s cups

  • Chocolate drizzle

  • Crushed peanuts


Serve & Enjoy!

Slice like a pie, but expect the flavor of a giant Reese’s cup! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
