Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs sound delicious! Here’s a simple recipe for them:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter (melted)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the meat mixture:
    • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Add in the chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Combine everything thoroughly.
  3. Prepare the biscuit dough:
    • Separate the biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
    • Flatten each biscuit dough ball into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Assemble the bombs:
    • Place a spoonful of the beef, bacon, and cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
    • Carefully fold the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch to seal it into a ball.
  5. Coat with garlic Parmesan:
    • Dip each assembled bomb into the melted garlic butter, ensuring it’s fully coated.
    • Then roll each bomb in a mixture of Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  6. Bake:
    • Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.

Tips:

  • You can use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • Serve with a side of ranch dressing or ketchup for dipping.
