Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta

Here’s a bold and creamy recipe for Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta — rich, indulgent, and full of flavor:


🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

  3. Add steak in a single layer; sear 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter.

  6. Garnish with parsley and set aside, covered.


🌶️ Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz rotini or fusilli pasta (any twisted pasta)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to spice level)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for extra heat

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Cajun seasoning.

  5. Add Parmesan cheese, whisk until melted and creamy.

  6. Toss in pasta, adding pasta water a little at a time until desired sauce consistency.

  7. Season with salt, pepper, and extra Cajun spice or red pepper flakes if desired.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley.
