1 lb (450g) lobster tail meat (or whole lobster tails, shells removed and chopped into bite-sized pieces)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh is best)

1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for extra zing)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Prep Lobster:

If using whole tails, remove the meat from the shell and cut it into bite-sized chunks.

Pat the lobster dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
